Pro-Grade 20-Foot Wide Green Screen Portable Cyc Wall
In 2014 Pro Cyc launched a new line of professional grade modular portable green screens. They have since become a popular solution for users who want the the high quality results that are achieved with a professional Pro Cyc modular cove system, but need portability and quick setup / take down time. These portable green screen backgrounds are often used for on-location shoots and temporary projects.
Much like our modular cyc systems, the line of “PC” portable green screens can be scaled up in increments of 80 inches in width. The PC80 is 80 inches (6 ft. 8 in.) wide, the PC160 is 160 inches (13 ft. 4 in.) wide, and the PC240 shown here is a 20-foot green screen. All systems feature custom heavy duty telescoping junior stands that feature safety cables and can reach a height of just over 10 ft. If portability is not as important, the screen can also be wall-mounted with mounting hardware that is included in the option without stands.
The new portable green screen series enables users to construct a professional quality green screen with a full wall-to-floor sweep on location or in the studio within minutes. Utilizing our revolutionary Pro Matte™ IV Virtual Green™ flooring, we have achieved a seamless wall to floor cove transition that has heretofore been virtually impossible to accomplish without building a hard cyc. Pro Matte™ IV is extremely durable and is easily cleaned with standard household cleaners like Fantastik®, 409® or regular soap and water. In addition to the height being adjustable, the length can also be trimmed to fit any size studio or space requirement. When finished, the green screen disassembles and stores quickly for the next use.
The PC240 20-foot green screen includes:
– 4 x heavy duty custom modified junior support stands with safety cables*
– 3 x rolls 80in. wide x 24ft. long seamless section of Pro Matte™ IV green screen material
– 3 x 80in. proprietary powder coated aluminum crossbar with overlapping top section
– 2 x roll of no-residue double-sided tape
*If you choose the option “without stands”, the custom junior stands will not be included, and you will receive 4 custom 1 1/8″ pin threaded adapters that can be attached to any standard junior stand with a 1 1/8″ receiver for attaching to the crossbar, as well as a hardware kit and instructions for hanging it on a wall if you do not have your own stands.
